Safety device of a cooker burner not working

I was asked to assist because the hotplate was constantly being turned off due to the safety device not working properly.
I found that the absence of a protection shield allowed the wind to extinguish the safety device flame and so I advised a protection shield should be installed to avoid this trouble.

My suggestion solved the problem.
